Advanced Icon Image 01

In this tutorial I will show you how to get from before to after.

Before

Step 1: Duplicate the base layer. Layers-->duplicate
Step 2: Use the distortion effect wind on the copy of the base layer. The wind strength should be 100. Effects-->distortion effects-->wind.
Step 3: Go to layers-->properties. Change the blend mode to hard light and opacity at 100.
Step 4:Download the texture cs-icontex-color from celestial-star. Copy and paste as a new layer texture cs-colors21.
Step 5:Set the properties of the layer as multiply and opacity at 100.
Step 6:Add any other brushes/text you'd like. You're done!
